Terms of Use — Order, Delivery, Return & Replacement Conditions

Basic Concepts

• Buyer Agreement — This document sets out all conditions related to online shopping.
• Buyer — The individual or legal entity that orders a product or service via electronic payment through Tvim.az.
• Seller — The individual or legal entity (TV My LLC) that sells and delivers products or services through the portal.
• Portal — The Tvim.az website, an online space for the sale of goods and services.
• Product(s)/Service(s) — Any goods, services, materials, equipment, or other items listed on the portal.
• Order — The electronic order form submitted to the seller to purchase goods or services and have them delivered to the buyer's address.
• Return — Returning the product to the seller and refunding the amount paid.
• Replacement — Returning the purchased product to the seller in exchange for a different one.

Special Terms

• By ordering goods or services from the portal, the buyer fully accepts the terms of this agreement.
• Return and replacement of goods is regulated by Article 15 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• The seller reserves the right to change the terms of purchase without prior notice.
• The buyer must pay the full value of the goods or service being purchased.
• By filling in the order form, the buyer agrees that their contact information may be used by the seller.
• In cases of order cancellation or product unavailability, the seller is relieved of liability once the recipient has been informed.

Delivery Rules

• Free delivery within Azerbaijan for orders worth 200 AZN and above.
• Delivery may take up to 3 business days for large-volume shipments.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement are first resolved through mutual agreement. If unresolved, disputes are settled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
